• Signing up for a subscription means you are agreeing to receive meals every week and thus you will be billed automatically each week.

  • Yes, you may cancel at any time. If you placed an order you may only cancel that order within 72 hours of scheduled delivery. Please see the delivery FAQ for details about that.

  • Currently, you may only cancel a subscription and create a new one. So if you want to change your meals you must first cancel your subscription and then create a new one. This is only temporary as we are working on the site to allow you to update your subscription with choice of meals. Expect this feature to be rolling out in February 2019.

  • At the current time, we ONLY deliver to addresses that are within 10 miles of our Fitbites restaurant locations. We have 1 location at this time but expect more to be opening in 2019. 5895 Katella Ave suite D, Cypress, CA 90630

  • We deliver based on your subscription. Please see below for delivery information per subscription. - Every Sunday (3 days plan) - Every Sunday and Wednesday (5 days plan) - Every Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday (7 days plan)

  • Yes, you are required to create an account in order to place an order.

  • Click the Login button found at the top or bottom of the page, enter your login info and you are in! After you login, you will see a My Account in your menu at the top or the bottom of the page.
