• Signing up for a subscription means you are agreeing to receive meals every week and thus you will be billed automatically each week. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for orders that have been made.

  • Yes, you may cancel at any time. If you placed an order you may only cancel that order within 72 hours of scheduled delivery. Please see the delivery FAQ for details about that.

  • In order to change your meals for your current subscription you have to log into your account and re-select the subscription option and meals desired under that subscription 24 hours before the day your card on file will be charged. The weekly billing cycle will then be set to the new day that you changed your order.

  • At the current time, we deliver to the bellow counties in Southern California: Orange and LA counties.

  • We deliver based on your subscription. Deliveries will be every Sunday between 8AM to 2PM. Your order must be placed by Friday 12pm, if not, your order will be scheduled on the next week delivery.

  • Yes, you are required to create an account in order to place an order.

  • Click the Login button found at the top or bottom of the page, enter your login info and you are in! After you login, you will see a My Account in your menu at the top or the bottom of the page.
